NEW YORK—July 17, 2018Morgan James’ new health book release, Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis: How to Manage Stress and Live Well with Your New Health Condition by Andrea Wildenthal Hanson, helps people to live their lives to the fullest, despite their medical diagnosis. It was written to encourage anyone that is struggling with a health condition.

Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis differs from other health books because rather than scaring readers by explaining how their diagnosis can harm them, it inspires and empowers them to live happily. Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis explains the steps that people need to take in order to change their mindset, and thereby improve their health and their life. This includes managing one’s stress, diet, exercise, and emotions to feel better and live more fully.

In Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis, Andrea Hanson uses her expertise as a master certified mindset coach as well as her personal experience with multiple sclerosis. Also, it includes personal stories of bravery from people living with MS and other diseases, and teaches readers simple ways to apply them in their own lives. Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis inspires readers to take back control of their lives and overcome the difficulties of their health conditions.
